Is it time?

When an inspection may make sense.

The EPA does not recommend routine cleaning for every home. These are practical reasons to inspect first.

Good questions

Everything you'd ask before booking.

How much does air duct cleaning cost?

We look first, then give you a written quote for the agreed scope before any work begins — the number we quote is the number you pay.

How often should I have my ducts cleaned?

There is no automatic schedule for every home. The EPA recommends cleaning as needed, such as when ducts are clogged with excessive debris, affected by pests, or when substantial visible contamination is confirmed. We inspect first and tell you honestly whether cleaning makes sense.

How long does a cleaning take?

Most standard DFW homes take two to four hours, depending on system size and buildup. We work cleanly and put every room back the way we found it.

Will you try to upsell me once you're here?

No. The agreed scope is quoted in writing before we start. If the inspection changes that scope, we explain why and let you decide — never a surprise charge.

Do you clean dryer vents too?

Yes. Lint buildup can restrict airflow, slow drying and create a dryer-fire hazard, so regular inspection and cleaning can be valuable.

What areas do you serve?

The entire Dallas–Fort Worth metro — Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Frisco, McKinney and 35+ more cities across the metroplex. If you're near DFW, call and we'll confirm.
